About Semaphore

A trading house built on trust, capacity and reach.

Founded in 2025, Semaphore Minerals Limited is a commodities trading company with a focused mandate — move Africa's mineral wealth to the markets that need it, efficiently and without the bottlenecks that typify the sector.

From our Lusaka headquarters and Seoul office, we operate across two complementary tiers: industrial copper cathode from the Central African Copperbelt, and precious gemstones from Zambia's world-renowned deposits. Our capability spans sourcing from verified mines in the DRC and Zambia, logistics through the Dar-es-Salaam corridor, and fulfillment to Asian and European buyers.

We believe the commodities market rewards reliability above all. Our promise is delivery — on specification, on schedule, on principle.
